Door says opens at 10:45 still locked at that time. Guy walks in through side door workers tell him they open at 11:30. It?s now... 11:40 doors are still locked telling people 12:00 they will be open. Mean while two female employees are in their car in theparking lot getting high like come on not against smoking but to do it right in front of where you work. No burritos, so I got tacos. There was no rice and instead of getting more they scraped the bottom of three different trays of... cold gross rice to give me. The tacos were made in one mass instead of individually. It was a huge mess. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves but suffice it to say it was the absolute filthiest, poorest managed restaurant I've... ever been in. Food waste on every single table, all over the floors, the serving counter, the customer station. 4 napkin holdersand not one of them had a napkin in it. 1:34pm on a Wednesday. There were only 4 or 5 other customers there and a fully staffedalbeit fully complacent crew. There was no chicken and no vegetables. Not because they didn't have it, they hadn't made it. Holy amateur hour Batman! From taking orders to rolling burritos, this store scores 0/5. I attribute most of this to the... palpable inexperience of the staff. All but one visible employee had a glazed look of being overwhelmed, inadequate trainingand inexperience. Any of these things would be acceptable if there were a supervisor, manager or someone who was running theshow that knew what was going on. This was 1145 on a Tuesday. This store is apparently operating on ?reduced hours? opening at1130; no explanation given as to why, but after this experience, I could guess. I hope this store gets its stuff together tojoin the greatness of other stores. But for now, expect long waits, repeating your order three or more times, having yourburrito re-rolled a couple times or put in a bowl, and needing to ask for a bag. Going to Chipotle is a treat for someone from Quebec! Always like their bowls. This Chipotle from Portland is near of a shopping... mall and that's perfect for us. Kids enjoy their kid menu which is Cheese tortilla and organic chocolate milk. Read more
Was in there today. What a madhouse! Place was filthy and the service line was disgusting. The line was so long that I ordered... online. That was great because I got my food about 10 minutes earlier than the line. The line was 15-18 minutes to order. We gotour food. No chips?.. fryer is down. No steak?. Not enough people to cook. Employees acted like they were doing us a favor.Can?t wait to get back to TX where they treat you with respect. Read more

Terrible experience for the 1st time. Got a bowl with very little rice & streak (b/c that was the only option) I?ve never seen a... chipotle with so LITTLE topping options. Very disappointed for the price I paid. Read more
