Hot and fresh every time we order. Staff are friendly and very well organized. The food is abundant especially for such an... affordable price. Unlike other similar restaurants, their food has delicious flavor in every item and nothing is ever dry orundercooked. We drive over 40 miles to grab takeout from evergreen gladly. My brother brought me home some takeaway from Evergreen. First time I've ever had their orange tofu & fried pork pot... stickers. Blown away by the tender, crispy, thin and deliciously chewy in the right way wrapper holding the meat. Fresh and thinorange rind in my ???? tofu and so fragrant. I'd like to try their shumai. Absolutely amazing. I had just gotten out of work and I wanted something quick and delicious. I found this gem on Google maps... and I am so glad! I believe it was the owner and her young son that took care of me while I was here. She was nothing butgracious, kind, and attentive to her customer's needs. Her son loved to help, which was awesome to see. The food came out quick.I ordered green beans with chicken- it was full of flavor, everything was fresh, and serving size is huge. Very good place to eat. One of the best grocery stores in locality. Has a play area where kids can spend time. Wait time and... queue is usually less than other areas.
