The people who work there have always been, in my experience, super sweet and friendly, and their food and drink is pretty good.
Very nice guy and clean store. Unfortunately, the iced Chai tea tasted only like milk. No Chai flavor. Hot coffee was so hot,... it caused blisters on the tongue and was mediocre in flavor. They need more consistency and training to put out a betterproduct. Will probably not be back. Read more

Menu is hard to understand and when my wife ordered a Strawberry and Cream drink, it had cookies in (she?s allergic to gluten).... We tried to ask about it after but the employee huffed and threw the drink into the sink a few feet away, where it predictablyexploded, making a mess. Read more
I went in the store today and had the absolute worst service I?ve ever received anywhere. It was a young guy and girl and they... were so rude to myself and numerous other customers. Somebody spilled their drink in the mall and asked for some paper towels toclean it up, so he gave her 3 paper towels and handed her the wet floor sign. When I was told they ?weren?t allowed? to make mydrink I was looking at the menu for something else and the girl at the register told me if I?m not ready then I need to move soshe can help someone else. After getting my drink the guy yelled to everyone in the store that ?we?ll be closing in 5 minutesbecause we?ve been there all day and need a break. And anyone in here just hanging out needs to get out? this was at 2:30, on aSunday. When the mall opens at 11 on Sunday. He then walked over to the two girls sitting at a table to say that they need toget out now because they need to close. This was the absolute worst experience I?ve ever had here or anywhere. Typically I love the strawberry supremes I get here. They have been off the menu for a while but some of the employees still... know how to make them. Today I made my order and the guy behind the counter seemed as if he knew what I was talking about. Hetold his co-worker how to make it and I waited. I was delivered a purple, grape-looking drink and I told them that whenever Iorder this, it's a chocolate brown color. He took it back and apologized after some confusion. He returned again and the drinktasted of oreos and coffee, no strawberries. I had left and went back into the mall area before realizing this. I returned tothe store and explained that it tasted like oreos. The employee explained that this is normally how they make it, and I honestlydon't believe that because I have gotten it many times here and it has never tasted like oreos. I am kinda disappointed with myvisit here today and the lack of customer service skills. If you don't know how to make a drink, just say that. And I honestlydon't think that I should have to pay for something that I didn't order, especially considering how expensive the drinks are. Read more
I love the mugs and I have a bunch at home. This little shop is a good place to grab a hot drink in the mall. I'd say they... have the same set up as other coffee places in the mall but they have seating. Read more
