I ordered door dash at 10am, when the driver arrived to pick it up they told her breakfast was over and they couldn't fulfill... the order. I don't understand why the food wasn't made when ordered. If it sat for an hour that is door dashes fault. They thendidn't bother to cancel my $40 dollar order! Very disappointed. Long time customer of this McDonald's and i know everyone isstruggling with help these days but this is ridiculous. Read more
The worst burgers I've ever had from a McDonald's. Swear they were yesterday's. Dry and burnt. Triple cheese burgers with one... slice of cheese. Guess the don't know what Triple means. Never go back to that McDonald's Never Read more
Had an absolutely horrible experience here today. There was a miscommunication when I ordered and while I was trying to explain... to the very kind woman handing me my food, another employee who I can only assume was a manager stormed up behind her anddemanded to know what was wrong. I started explaining again, fully intending to pay for the missing part of my order as thesethings happen. However, the manager proceeded to talk over me and start scoffing and growing visibly frustrated, then stormedoff with my food. The woman at the window tried to communicate to her what was happening and got snapped at. I asked for my foodback and let the manager know I thought her behavior was completely inappropriate. It's a tough time out there, I get it, andI'm sure some angry customers come through every day. Also it's McDonald's, I'm not expecting to be treated like royalty. But Ihave never in my life been treated so poorly at a McDonald's as I was here. I feel really sorry for the manager for obviouslycarrying such misery around in her heart, and I feel sorry for the other employees who probably get yelled at by her all day.Absolutely noxious vibes. This is what my double cheeseburger looked like, they don't even care enough about their job to assemble the burger properly. ... The meat was dry and flavorless as it had been held too long. My wife got chicken nuggets that were so hard they were inedible.Staff was rude as well. The only thing that was right was my drink but it was a soda that pours automatically so that doesn'tcount.
