Really enjoyed it but when you get the last of the container it doesn't really taste good
When did panda stop serving the teriyaki chicken?? Just curious while in line there was literally 3 people before me each... wanting the teriyaki chicken and as I waited for the orange chicken to come up 2 more people asked and when they were told theyaren't serving it, they walked off. Granted it's only 20 or 40 dollars that site lost but thats 40 bucks that found its way toanother vendor... besides that, it's truly the only reason I visit the mall. The teriyaki chicken, pitiful I know but to drivefrom bangor to Portland to find out this is gone... lol, Charley's might be the runner up next go around guys. Read more
This place is OK. But they always have a super long line that is very slow. They are slow because staff prioritize the online... orders instead of the in person orders so we are all waiting forever while the online people get to the front of the line andgo. Read more
After waiting in line for over 20 minutes they tell me when it's finally my turn that they weren't taking debit/credit cards.... Seems to me that information would have been useful to say way before then! This place used to be good, they took my favoritechicken away! Such a shame Read more
Would have given a ZERO for customer service. Very disgusted with the current "manager" as my fiance' ordered us food and they... did not give him his entire order in the bag. We have been going to this particular Panda Express for many years as we live inthe area and frequent the mall. After getting home to discover they forgot some things he went back to the mall and up to theregister. There was a very long line as usual and he did not want to get back in the line as it was their mistake. They ignoredhim for quite awhile and then when he finally spoke up about the situation asking to get the rest of the order, the manageraccused him of trying to get free food, saying it loudly so all in line could hear her, causing a scene and telling him he isalways causing trouble when he is there (mind you we haven't ordered anything in over 2 months and have never caused anytrouble). Mobile order is often off. And then when it is on, popular items are turned off. Get used to standing in long lines here if you... want food from the only Panda Express in the state lol. Last review must be edited due to my last attempt to buy food at thislocation. Waited over 40 min for this place to "open". Hours of operation posted say 10:30AM but still wasn't open when I leftat 11:10AM. The food was fully made and ready. Watched as an employee came and made himself a personal meal. I will avoid givingmy money to such a consistently sloppy business. Read more
The wait was crazy but I got in that line knowing what I was gettin into. They should rent out the space beside them and run... just online/Doordash only from them. They legit could shut down the rest of the food court. I've believed for years the onlyreason any other business does anything in that food court is because people don't wanna wait. Panda needs a bigger staff andspace. Food was great. Read more
