I love a lot of the dishes at Panera, and this place makes them well. Food has always been warm or hot. Hot drinks are also... tasty and warm. Cold drinks (like the lemonade) are refreshing and never taste stale even if they probably have been in themixer for a while. I've never waited more than 15 minutes for an order. The place is great for groups because they have severallarge tables or tables that are easy to put together. My one complaint is the price. Many combos are $12 or more now, but theportions are noticeably smaller. I like to have some leftovers from eating out, but I never have any from Panera. Just stopped by to pick up my online order around 4pm today and went to the cashier to order a large lemonade because I forgot... it. The woman that cashed me was not welcoming AT all. It feels like I was a bother to her. MAM if u don?t like ur job, thenPLEASE QUIT. U are one of two cashiers there that STARTS the customer?s experience. If that?s ur attitude then u will turn offmany customers. She just cashed my drink and that?s it. No hello, welcome, NO FORM OF ACKNOWLEDGMENT. She just put the cup onthe counter and that?s it. Imagine paying almost $60 then almost $5 to receive this kind of service. HORRIBLE. Do better Paneraor else u would not get money from us again. Read more
I'm not sure what's changed about this place but I used to frequent this location at least three or four times weekly and my... order the last four times I've visited has been wrong. I know times are tough with the labor shortage and for restaurants ingeneral, but I'm frustrated that my simple orders keep getting messed up. I've even reached out to corporate and got a generic"We apologize for your experience" reply. I do really hope Panera can get back to their former glory, but I'd avoid thislocation if possible. There were no vegan options available and limited gluten free. The machines for taking your order are difficult to use and don't... make it obvious which items are sold out until you individually click in each one. The broccoli mac and cheese was watery andthe grill cheese sandwich was hardly grilled enough. There were no cups available for drinks but the salad was good. Read more
Panera's food is good and this is consistent with the chain. The location does have some misses--my salad recently tasted part... frozen like it was just taken out of the cooler--but I mostly wanted to warn people that if you're going there to dine-in itseems like the air conditioning is broken. It was hotter inside than outside, which more or less ruined our meal. Read more
This is an especially great location. The employees are great and the food is always consistent. Nice little outdoor patio, and... a comfortable, clean interior. I suggest their unlimited drink club for $10 a month. It's such a crazy deal! Read more
A regular caesar salad is really simple right? I got SIX TUBS of dressing, hardly any salad, and a bunch of chicken. (I?m... vegetarian) The one star is a thank you for entertaining me, because who crushes SIX tubs of dressing into a salad container!?!?Can?t stop laughing. Read more
Not bad on speed, at least that's what I thought initially. All the food was cold ????????????, one chicken sandwich had to be... redone 3 times just to get it "warm to the touch". The drinks were done incorrectly. Hot chocolate was actually lattes, and thelatte did not have the espresso shots paid for. To get all things corrected took so long that all the food was refrigerate-levelcold. What a joke????????????!!! Please hire real employees or train properly.
