I would NOT recommend this place, even in a pinch. Ordered chicken romano recieved chicken Caesar. Server insisted it's what I... ordered. Wouldn't you think I know what I ordered? Lobster bisque and salad, received a salad, being in Maine lobsters aren'thard to find.... Just their lobster bisque, never showed up and we asked 2x. This location is apparently struggling with service, kitchen, and supervisory staffing. We stood by the podium for several... minutes while staff were grouped at a table avoiding eye contact, service was very slow, and our waitress was inexperienced.Items on the menu weren't available, and we nearly left because the food and our waitress did not appear for over 20 minutesafter we ordered. Had a 6:45 PM reservation. Manager was overwhelmed. She took 20 min to speak to us. She was adversarial in communicating with... us when she finally did. Was annoyed when basic questions were asked, like are people with reservations prioritized over walkins. We left. Thumbs down. There was a Hispanic manager from last year that was much better. We sat at the bar here and ate our dinner. Very nice place! I would say that their Italian food is better than Olive Garden.... Which may not be saying much, but nonetheless I would highly recommend it. The staff was excellent and took great care of us! Read more

Loved our server, Savannah. However the worst meal in my recollection. Burned, charred brussel sprouts, salad drowned in an... awful dressing. Had to send it back. Lobster bisque with no lobster, just salted broth; macaroni and cheese with no cheese. Husband's meal was okay. Expensive for barely mediocre. We will not return and used to love this place.
