I stopped in the store to grab a sandwich yesterday. The lady in front of me made her order the kid rolled his eyes at her when... she asked for more green peppers. I was about ready to walk out after that. I stayed and placed my order. I asked for pickles onmy Philly. He rolled his eyes didn't make eye contact at all. Then when it came down to asking me what i wanted for a sauce hedidn't. He just put mayo on it, I wanted to say something but didn't just because how rude he was. I came close to walking without my sandwich. I was hungry and wasn't looking for rainbows. But really!!! I have gotten better customer service at that onebefore. Read more

Addendum: Today's visit was excellent. I like the new spicy Chipotle sauce. The staff working tonight were new to me and were... very good at their jobs.. I got the brewed iced tea and sadly it was non-sweetened. Come on Subway Corporate Office, buy somesugar and sweeten the dang tea! Both soda fountains were out of Cherry Coke. I imagine that they are fed from the same sodakeg. This subway is very consistent with excellent service. Read more

I ordered online from my subway app and I got the Tony Hawk sandwich. And it was missing the avocado witch was the one thing I... was very excited about on my sandwich. There was a pinch of lettus no cheese and I asked for sweet onion teriyaki and there wasbarely any on it. And my husband's was messed up also. Not as much as mine... but when I went to call the store no one wouldpick up and there is no machine... I called a good 6 times and nuthing.. we paid about 30$ to get food that's bairly got whatyou paid for on it! What a joke!!! Read more

UPDATED AS OF MARCH 13 2021, replacing my previous 2 star review. Don't know if the management changed or just the bad staff... all are no longer there, but this spot has improved 100% from how they were a year ago! All the staff are quick and nice, andthey also seem to all practice good COVID spread prevention techniques as well, I've never seen anyone here slipping atall. For reference, I'm here very often (every other day or so) - I only live a 4 minute walk away. Read more

Just like any other Subway. The staff change a lot which means so does the service. Had some pretty good staff for awhile but it... looks like they all left and have been replaced by some not so great people. Food is good but varies from one maker to another.The seating is great. Parking can sometimes be a pain due to a shared parking lot with other businesses. Hours of operation arefine. Read more
