Terrible cooking. Do not buy pizza from this place. They do not know what deep dish is. I gave them three chances and in the... last two times I specifically told them that they did not fully cook the pizza and asked them to the make it well done. And inresponse, all they did was burn the outer side and the inside (as in picture) was still uncooked. Read more
And the restaurant is simply filthy. While we waited for our takeout we watched one employee busying himself by sorting out... menus meanwhile the table upon which everything was set was filthy underneath with papers straws napkins even the checkoutcounter was filthy like somebody had thrown up against the wood grain they were fingerprints all over the doors and glassgenerally giving a person the vibe that things are just not clean or well managed Read more
Short and sweet: The food is pretty good, and the service is a bit lacking. Dont use the QR code stickers to check out! The kids... build your own pizza is great, where they make the pizza at the table and then it gets cooked. The kids always love it. Thegranular and frustrating: We caught them at a great time where they weren't very busy. We were seated immediately. Our food cameout quickly, and was great! Our server became more scarce towards the end of our dining experience, making it hard to getrefills, and to settle up so we could leave. I decided to use the QR code glued to the table to pay online using my smartphone,and immediately regretted that decision. First it asked for my phone number, then sent a 4 digit auth-code via SMS. Afterentering the code, thus confirming absolutely nothing except that I want to leave, a lump-sum bill for just over $36 and changewas displayed. Almost simultaneously at this point I was presented with a physical check by the server, for $25 and change.Confused I approached the front counter and spoke to a man(ager???) who seemed to be frantically searching for something. Looked to be understaffed so we were patient and understanding when we waited to be seated, our orders taken for drinks and... appetizer, and patiently waited for our food order to be taken and served. Unfortunately the dining area floor was more thandirty.. looked like it hadn't had a good mopping in a while and the Bathroom was equally filthy.Silverware had old food stuck toa few of our sets. Food quality if you could call it that was a 3 out of 10. My sister's salad had a random strawberry in it, mydaughter and neice had two different types of pasta in their dish when it was supposed to just be rigatoni. My medium rare steaktips were not only medium rare but well done and medium well. Also they didn't look much like steak tips especially for the22.00 they were. Well, if I could give it 0 stars I would. First time coming here, waited about an hour for 2 adult meals and a children's meal.... Which is alright, considering the pandemic. However, once it came this is what I got. Dried under the heating lamp for so longthe pasta was crunchy, mushrooms dry, spinach dried so long it started to turn brown. Eek. Tried the "creamy pesto" sauce butI'm pretty sure it was just watered down cream. Boyfriends burger wasn't bad, and neither was the spaghetti for his son.However, we won't be back again. Read more
I am disappointed, the appetizer are good but the entree was very bad, is the first time I ate in Uno but is the last. My first time coming here with my family and I will not being coming back. I called in 1 Large cheese pizza, no toppings. Took a... quick look before we left ——— I took the pizza inside & showed the employee who brought it out and asked her if she wouldserve this to anyone inside - no answer. If this was acceptable - no answer just an “I’m happy to refund you, but our pizzasdo look brown sometimes”. No sorry, Like somehow it’s my fault for not accepting this burnt cheese pizza?
