Ordered pickup. Sub was supposed to be ready when I got there. Waited 20 minutes and had to go back to work so I wasted my Lu ch... break waiting for my food that I never got. On top of that I called to cancel my order and get a refund but no one answered thephone. Terrible service. Read more

Usually nervous to eat out during this pandemic, but this South Riding location changed my mind. Very clean as you walk in,... every employee wearing face covering and floor markers to help remind customers to keep 6ft apart. Staff was friendly andefficient. The worst store ever i will never ever order from them anymore. I did a order online asking no Jalapeño and called them right... after in the phone to make sure they read that I have in there they said they are busy and when they will get to my order theywill read it. Came to get my order was not ready and left me there waiting 30 mins when they got everyone else who came after meand when i got the sandwich they had Jalapeños and i asked them hey i said no jalapeño 3 time and you still have jalapeño init. I said change it he opened it and wants to pick them up from the sandwich with his hands like seriously???? I asked tochange it not pick them up since he didn?t change the cheese as requested as well and I can?t have jalapeños at all. He wasvery rudeeeeeeeeee saying i was not clear and he will do what he has in the order welllllllllll what a heck is that you didn?tdo it right and i was trying to be nice as possible after all that wait.
