The worst store ever i will never ever order from them anymore. I did a order online asking no Jalapeño and called them right... after in the phone to make sure they read that I have in there they said they are busy and when they will get to my order theywill read it. Came to get my order was not ready and left me there waiting 30 mins when they got everyone else who came after meand when i got the sandwich they had Jalapeños and i asked them hey i said no jalapeño 3 time and you still have jalapeño init. I said change it he opened it and wants to pick them up from the sandwich with his hands like seriously???? I asked tochange it not pick them up since he didn?t change the cheese as requested as well and I can?t have jalapeños at all. He wasvery rudeeeeeeeeee saying i was not clear and he will do what he has in the order welllllllllll what a heck is that you didn?tdo it right and i was trying to be nice as possible after all that wait. He disappeared for another 20 mins to get me the orderwhich came out wrong again. Definitely waste of time and money. Read more

Ordered pickup. Sub was supposed to be ready when I got there. Waited 20 minutes and had to go back to work so I wasted my Lu ch... break waiting for my food that I never got. On top of that I called to cancel my order and get a refund but no one answered thephone. Terrible service. Read more

Franchise owner take note...you need a reset. This is the third time in a row where the bread was stale and the meat portioning... was small. Please take steps to adequately represent the Jersey Mike?s brand. Read more

Moved back to the area in 2016 & always went to Subway, but decided to try a different sub shop & we are glad we did. Jersey... Mike's is MUCH better. The bread to meat ratio is on point compared to 80% bread & 20% meat ratio from the other place. Wehave found our new go to sub shop Read more

Usually nervous to eat out during this pandemic, but this South Riding location changed my mind. Very clean as you walk in,... every employee wearing face covering and floor markers to help remind customers to keep 6ft apart. Staff was friendly andefficient. I usually don?t take the time for this stuff. I love jersey mikes. Today?s experience is the exception. The place was filthy.... No hand sanitizer. Treated rudely when asked if some was available after touching the filthy door with hand prints all over it.The floor looked like it was going on day two of filth. One of the employees walked right In my personal space. Extremelyrude. So disappointed in the lack of respect for our current environment we are all navigating. I hope this reachescompassionate ears.
