They should remove ?rapid pick up? from the app at this location. It consistently takes 20-30 minutes longer than the app says.... I get that it?s tough to find people right now, but it isn?t necessary to lie to your customers. Just put realistic timeestimates so we don?t drive over early and waste time. You may lose a marginal amount of sales, but you?ll stop making hungrypeople angry. Then you won?t have frustrated people harassing your staff. Win win win. Stellar customer service. We had an issue with our food, and the manager went above and beyond to promptly make it right. Visited this place 5-6 times so far during 'non-peak' hours. The serving time was a decent 5-10 minutes. Decent sized seating... area. Ample parking. Food is decent. Value duets are a great deal. Some of the teas taste artificial. Read more
Been going to Panera a lot recently. I really appreciate the value duets and the price. I think I've tried them all at this... point. Least favorite is the grilled cheese. The cheese takes fake, like worse than Velveeta singles. It tastes like plastic, soI wouldn't get that again. I'm really liking the BBQ chicken sandwich. I feel bad cuz Panera is getting some really harshreviews, but my food is never wrong, which is really helpful. I'm surprised people have that issue. My issue is how long istakes for them to make the food. If they're short staffed, that's one thing, but its like EVERY time, my order is not ready whenit says (online order). Please stop saying food will be ready 10 minutes after you place an order. Change it to be longer fromthe start. I waited 25 minutes the other day (after it said my order would be ready) for a half a sandwich and small soup.That's just ridiculous. No matter the time of day, my order is never ready on time. This is the worst Panera bread ever. On FOUR different occasions there were items missing or the over being completely wrong.... First few times I let it slide because whatever S happens. After the 4th time I called to complain. The manager didn't even seemto care. Ridiculous. Enough is enough. I cant be the only one whose having items missing or wrong. Read more
Went here for lunch. I got a chicken sandwich and a "side" salad. Cost $22.27 with a $1 tip. It took over 20 minutes to get my... food (ordered at 12:28 pm, and served at 12:51 pm). People who ordered large orders after me got served first, and the chickensandwich was cold when it arrived. Food was good as always for a Panera but didn't make an impact that could overcome any of myservice or price issues at this location. First impressions are everything to me, so I won't be back. YMMV. I like Panera Bread, but it's ridiculius that it takes almost an hour for an online take out order to be ready during lunch... time. They definitely need to improve their service. Won't come back to this location. Read more
Horrible, a scam, and I will be reaching out to corporate for this illegitimate execution on the food I paid for. 12/5/2022... Monday night. Whoever was working at the sandwich station needs to be terminated from this establishment. I ordered a steak andwhite cheddar (which I?ve ordered many times) and when I got home and opened my food it was on a non toasted piece of whitePullman loaf bread. Might as well have been wonder bread from giant across the street. The steak was so dry I could use it asmulch. Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful.
