I don?t know if it?s because I?ve been wanting smoothies, but this place hits the spot every time I go.
Soooo disappointing..I went here to get my usual smoothie and noticed there were 2 lines so i went to one of them just to wait... 15 minutes then to be told that there?s one line now? so i asked the young high schooler if she could just take me since i wasthere before anyone and her response was to go to the back of the line after i explained how long i had already been waiting inline for. These high schoolers need to be taught good service and learn how to make exceptions. In addition my brother claimedthat the young girl threw the straws at him. Read more
Millennials and Gen X employees with no work ethic run this place. Also, they don't know their own hours of operation. They have... a sign that says closed at 8:30PM on Saturdays, but you go there and they are closed an hour early. Read more
So, I went here tonight 30 mins before closing and was having an really bad allergy day. Headache, stuffy nose and didn't want... to eat. Was greeted by 2 lovely ladies who were absolutely in a great mood. They honestly loved picking out my drink and whatextras were needed. Claire and Naomi were their names I believe. I go to this place almost everyday. I just ordered food from their own website (not doordash or grubhub) and waited 90 minutes... with no delivery. Called the restaurant and found out that they are sorry, but I can not have my money back. So I just lost 30bucks with them, and also my food :) Tropical kept on saying that I need to call doordash, to which I replied that this is notmy problem, this is your problem. It's funny that these restaurants do this to customers who come eat at their restaurantsalmost everyday. Read more
I love tropical smoothie, and this location. I go almost every Sunday and get a Bahama Mama and it is made perfectly and... punctual. The last few times I have went however they have not tasted well. Last week it was clear they mistakenly put banana inmy smoothie, and when I called the manager didn't seem that remorseful and gave me back my refund and said in the email that Ishould taste the smoothie before I leave next time. Maybe employees should just put the proper ingredients. Today when I went Itasted it no banana but not blended well, my Mom's smoothie as well was not blended properly. And it was made by the manager. Iguess I'll just stick to Sundays.... Read more

Apparently, you can sub ingredients on some smoothies via the app, other smoothies u can't sub. Have no idea why. I do... appreciate being able to sub though. Read more
