We ate here on a Wednesday afternoon. The service was quick and friendly. The menu has a wide variety of items and a full bar... menu. The Riblets platter had tender ribs but they didn?t have much flavor. The fries were quite good and the coleslaw was verydry. I would not order this again. My dining companions really enjoyed their pasta and burger so we would go there again when intown. Read more

Great service from the time we entered the restaurant. The host sat us immediately, I was surprised to see a host because some... restaurants no longer have them. The wait staff sometimes sit you as well as take your orders. So kiddos for that. Miguel wasour server and he was great, greeted us and made sure that we got everything we wanted. I'm a huge fan of Applebee's. I have visited at least six locations across three states. One of the few places left to dine late... (kitchen closes 11 pm, but bar stays open later). My go to location I visit almost three times a month. I would go more often,but they are too busy. So I decided to check out the next closest location. This specific location (Robert St) has the samegood food I have come to expect, and the service was decent, but I docked them for cleanliness. When I arrived, the main diningarea had only one table in use, and two servers. Yet the floors looked pretty bad. While I was dining, I did notice one servergrab a broom and do some touching up, but she never looked under any tables. The reason I bring this up is the floor under mytable had too much garbage (see pic). The top of my table had pen writing all over one side, and the top was sticky. I set apaper down to read, and several inches of the paper stuck to the table. I give three stars because the food was good and myserver attentive. I really want to give 2.5, but not an option. I need to add that someone in the kitchen had a sports gameplaying and it was interfering with my enjoyment of my meal. I came here with my family for the half price appitizers and drinks. I ordered the arctic long Island, spinach and artichoke dip... with chips and quesadillas. The food was good. Not great. The drink tasted like juice. I will come back for the good prices andthe social aspect. Read more
Service seemed unusually slow... might be new workers or something? We got our food after people who arrived after us and... started eating already. Food was what you'd expect from Applebees. Drinks were good! Always nice to try something new! We gotone of their new drinks, the tipsy zombie! I enjoyed it and only for $5! Its sweet and very tart! Loved the taste! Read more
They overcooked my steak, but their staff was very nice and replaced it. The cut of meat is just ok, I would not order steak... here in the future because verything else they offered tasted better. Read more
I'm a little appalled by the drop in standards for customer service after COVID. The busser didn't even greet us, he straight up... made it obvious he did not want to be there. When we walked in he only said "just 2?" And didn't say anything after we thankedhim for seating us. The waitress was nice but be barely saw her. We put in an order for an appetizer and asked for a few moreminutes but she took forever to come back to our table. Which we would understand if it was busy, but.. it wasn't. At all. Ittook a while for our appetizer to come out which the bartender actually brought out, the waitress was literally no where to beseen. The bartender refilled my water, still no sign of the waitress. Finally after a while the waitress came back and took ourorder, but the bartender brought it out to us... I wanted to ask for some Ranch to go with the southwest chicken bowl because itwas a bit dry on its own but we never saw the waitress again until she came back to give us our check. There was all of 3 tablesbeing served and we got more service from the girl working the bar. Food wasn't even that good but I guess what else can youexpect from a corporate chain like this, right?
