I have to admit. Out of all the Chipotle I been to this was the most disgusting one ever. I am visiting here from California.... Not only was the food not fresh and you can tell been sitting for a while. My disappointment is the guacamole. It was black. Andthe employees keep serving it to customers like it was normal. I try every 4 moths hoping Chipotle will return to the 2007 experience that made me love Chipotle but, ever since about 2010-15... this has been the experience regardless the store. Lowering quality Lowering portion sizes Less friendly and less professionalemployees Less amenities like laying out for use like hot sauce And raising prices Just disappointing ... something changedwithin and needs corrected. This ship is headed towards the shallow Rocky shoreline and needs a captain that will change thecourse and save the organization aside from shear profits. I cried when I left there. This Latino woman I was taking my order I told her don't add Sour cream to my food she never listed... what I was telling her and she aggressively put my food on the plate everyone was shocked at how she treated me and my friend.Chipotle do better and teach your workers how to treat Customers. Honestly worst chipotle location ever. Firstly I ordered online for delivery around 8pm didn?t get here until 9:15pm. Next half... of my order is missing/wrong. There?s just a big chunk of hard avacado in my meal. Forgot my chips. I try calling to get arefund and of course they don?t answer there phone even though they aren?t closed till 10pm. Read more
Young lady working at around 11am on 7/9/21 was clearly filled with negative energy. Talked like a robot (rarely talked anyway),... gave customers rude looks, and overall looked like she did not want to be there at all. As for serving customers, it?s prettyself explanatory. See the picture below of my burrito with ?extra chicken?. Did not show any signs of attempts to satisfycustomers, and was VERY stingy with the meat. As she slid my burrito over to the older lady, the older lady filled my burritowith a ton of lettuce and corn to make it look like my burrito was fit to serve, which it was obviously not. In conclusion, donot support a selfish and cheap location like this one. You?re in for a big disappointment if you do. Read more
My food was disgusting. My chicken bowl was overpowered by sour cream and mixed together and was not done by me. Forgot my juice... bottle. Chips were plain without salt. Guacamole tasted plain with no taste to it. I think the managers need to show theemployees exactly how to make people's food. We as customers put our trust in the people that make our food. This has happenedto me more then once. But I won't continue to waste my time by ordering and not get what I ordered. Customers should he able tocall the manager at all time to make complaints.
