It was ok. My burger was way too crispy. Much more so than normal so wasn't as good as the usual butterburger.

I went through the drive through today at 2:40. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food. They obviously must have forgotten my... order and I would have understood if anyone would have told me but no one did. Read more
I didn't order much. Actually it was only a Lemon Cooler with Strawberry in it. And they must've forgot abt me. Because I... sat in the waiting area after paying and watched abt ten cars leave before I finally stopped the kid bringing food out and askedif he could see what the hold up was. I ordered the Sourdough Melt, Fries and Drink. The burger was very fresh, but lacked any kind of seasoning. The fries were... fine...they were crinkle fries. The soda was OK, but like many restaurants these days, the machines are not being cleanedproperly. Otherwise the staff were nice and we were greeted immediately upon entry. I went this evening to get a concrete mixer. After 20 minutes and the parking lot cleared out I seen an employee and asked what... was up, there went in to look. A couple minutes went by and I went in to see what's up. The first kid I seen at the counter Iasked for a refund. I mentioned how poor the service was and he got snarky and gave me a poor explanation about the ice creamtype (honestly I was pretty short and reacted to the employee attitude). I asked to speak to the manager and he looked at me,and said "I am and" just proceeded with my refund and they finally got my order right. I understand the situation and how toughit is right now but this person is the leader, and sets the standard of how employees interact with the public, to which Ithought Culver's prided themselves on. I went thru the drive thru ordered a kids meal and a chicken basket. During my ordering the gal told me that the ice cream... machine was down. I said ok, will I get an ice cream then another time? I asked if it was possible to get an extra small fry vsthe ice cream? With gas prices going up I?d rather skip out then returning. The guy said no you can?t. I said ok I understand,upon paying i asked the guy at the window if I would have a coupon for the ice cream? He said ?owell it?s already on the bag?. Isaid oh you mean the free scoop you get anyways. He said yes. I then asked if I could get a managers name so I could calltomorrow to discuss my Concerns. This lady came up to the window very rudely and said ?what?s you problem?? I explained how Ifelt cheated and that all I asked for was an extra kids fry since the ice cream was done for the night. She was sounprofessional and so rude saying that I wasn?t missing out on anything. The way she handled the situation was really rude. Shesuddenly slammed the windows shut and opened it a min later and handed me fry?s and said just take the fry?s. I noticed when Ireceived the food that she or someone else ripped off one of the coupons on the kids meal bag. I took Pictures of the bag and ofmy receipts to show time records. I bet if someone looks at the camera you can see it happen,because it?s definitely gone. Inever received any straws for either beverages. 11/22/22 waited 23 minutes for a plain cheeseburger and fries after paying for takeout, while 6+ employees stood around doing... nothing behind the counter. 12+ staff in the restaurant and tickets still take over 20 minutes. Read more
