I ALWAYS have gone to the Holiday on south Concord on IGH border. Staff always says good morning or hello when you literally... open the door! Cashiers are friendly and personable. The gas is ???? good. Lol Read more
Pretty annoyed by the employee with the Black GMC Yukon that takes up a front parking spot. If your not moving your vehicle all... day, go park away from the front doors and gas pumps. Lazy employee!!! Read more
This morning i expirienced probanly the worst gas station service ever. First, i wake up at 5:30 for work. I show up at the gas... at around 6. And as soon as i step in i hear one of them say "Oh my god we really shouldnt have even opened up these doors!"Ignoring it, and knowing it was directed at me, i got my products. I proceeded to the counter, and the lady gave me a snobbylook and was scanning my items in a hurry to get me out. After she put them in the bag, usually i say "Thank you have a niceday" but this time, i never got a single word out and before she was even finished putting my things in the bag she says "K havea nice day". These people wake up early enough and i respect that, but simple customer service, is to not take it out on thecustomers and to complain about people going in and out. They will have a long day. Credit card machines don't accept contactless payment. On top of that, the chip reader doesn't work. Then you will get bad... customer service and a bad attitude from the employees. Avoid this gas station. Read more
