I will not eat there again ! This was the 2nd time I asked for sauces and such and got back to the hotel to find 6freaking... spoons..no Soy.. how do you eat that stuff without soy, my husband went to Cubs to buy some..this last time, I repeated myrequest for mustard,soy and all the other goodies.. she assured me everything was in the bags and because it was sooo crowded..like a dummy I took her word... Stopped here during a busy supper time and this place ran like a well oiled machine. The staff worked great to get everyone... through timely despite it being busy. The seating area did appear to be under construction, so some of the seating was limited,but perfect if you just wanted to grab and go. Read more
Waited 10 min for veggies. They were out of honey nut shrimp. Orange chicken was cold. Just gave me the little crumbles of... breading so it wasn?t even chicken. Noodles were dry and they forgot the fortune cookie. Read more
Attendant and cashier were both new and needed a lot of help. Noodles were subpar (dry and bland) even for a chain joint.... Chicken and beef were good though. My daughters white rice looked more appealing than the fried rice which was odd. Read more
They literally had 3 options for entrees. I was disappointed. Friendly staff but I don't understand They could have like 6-7... employees behind the counter and be out of food. Read more
Been craving panda all day and I get off to work to come 30 minutes before close and they do not have anything.. sad, I... understand getting ready to close but you should be able to fulfill customer needs under 9pm? it?s almost like you should justclose early.. it?s almost like turning away customers!
