Look, I don?t know what?s going on with these negative reviews and only a 3.5 average rating, maybe it?s inconsistent quality or... perhaps they fixed the problem? All I can do is tell you about my 10/10 experience today. I ordered Sarpino?s 14? Classico anda 12? pizza, cheesy bread, delivered. The experience was perfect in every way. Fresh quality ingredients, big portions,perfectly made and absolutely delicious, delivered very fast at an unbelievably low price. No charge or fees for delivery, Iused an online coupon from their website. Easy ordering process, super fast delivery, great tracking and communication and agourmet pizza experience. Update 8/30/22--only a week or so after my initial review: pizza was not the same. Super greasy. Got the toppings so wrong that... we couldn't eat one of them. The side sauces were not the correct ones. I love their jalapeno ranch and ordered it instead ofmarinara and received marinara. Got delivery this time which was fast/timely and they also texted when they arrived and priorwhich was nice to have the heads up. I tipped online though and the delivery guy looked (very subtley not in a rude way at all)like he was semi waiting for me to tip him so I reeeeally hope he got the tip o left online. Yeah idk. I got the classic. No spice. Though the uncured sausage was good. Impossible to pick up a slice without all of the toppings... falling off after it falls limply from your hand. The cheese was barely melted. I am a big pizza fan but I could not eat morethan two pieces. The best word to describe the pizza is ?goopy?. I hate saying this but it was the worst pizza I?ve everhad. The delivery guy left my pizza on the front steps when I specifically asked for it to be put on the porch. I was notinformed of its delivery until 15 minutes later. Edit: I?ve given them another chance. This time they managed to put my foodon the porch but didn?t knock or ring or anything. I avoided the pizza and got the calzone, which was very good! I've been there a few times and the quality is amazing for what you pay for, especially if you get the free pizza deal when you... order a large one. My favorite so far is the buffalo chicken pizza, veggie is also really good. I don't understand why thereare so many negative reviews, maybe the management has changed since then. Read more

***DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY*** I placed an order at 7:30pm this evening (a Monday night) and was quoted a 90 minute delivery... time... I've worked at pizza places so figured that's fair and I could wait... at 9:10pm the tracking still said "Bake" so Icalled the store to inquire about my order. The gentleman working told me that there were still five other deliveries to go outbefore my order, so I asked if I could pick up my order. I got to the store to pick up my order and my food was cold... I wasalready upset so I just took my food and left. I got home to find that not only did I have cold food, but I was not even giventhe dipping sauces I paid for. After nearly a two hour wait to get my food this is extremely upsetting... and on top of that I'mstill being charged for the "tip" I had pre-selected online, even though I went out of my way to pick up an already lateorder. I?ve been going to this Sarpinos for quite some time and have had some ups and downs with the taste and quality of the pizza.... Never before have I received pizza that still had raw dough though. I?m not sure what exactly happened, but to send this productout is disgusting. Both pizzas I ordered yesterday had portions that were still raw. After this last experience, I?ll drive outof my way to go the location downtown if I ever order again. Read more

Ordered Sarpino's off Door Dash last night. They live up to the gourmet pizza. The crust was baked rich and butter there topping... were fresh and not overloading your palate, The cheese complements the pizza will mild yet not over doing it.
