There was only one guy working tonight. One. He wasn't entirely sure how to make my sandwich, though he absolutely knew where to... find the tools/instructions/recipe book and did a pretty good job. The place was clean, but I could tell he had a lot on hisplate for closing duties and I felt for him. And I'm kinda worried, actually. Like, only one employee for the last 4-5 hours?Number 1: That's a safety concern. Bad guys like to target understaffed places. Number 2: That's taking the employee forgranted, and in the process making them feel devalued. Number 3: When the only person working has to use the restroom, do theylock the doors or leave the place unattended? Number 4: This is how you burn out good employees. I hope you don't lose the guywho was working tonight. I hope management does better. Read more

Subway is one of my favorite restaurants, but I?ve never once received a sub from this location that was what I ordered. I?ll... pay the extra money for guacamole, but the guac will be absent. Sometimes I get an entirely different sandwich altogether. Ifyou?re going to eat here, make sure you don?t order ahead like I do, or else you?ll be left with something you didn?t want. Also, and this isn?t just a statement about this particular location, but Subway?s prices are ridiculous now. Charging $12-$17dollars a sandwich is not sustainable and sandwich lovers like me are starting to go to other sub shops. Read more

This location is amazing! Especially their bread! I always come to this location for my lunch breaks and they have the best... tasting bread compared to the other locations that I've been to. Liz and Shannon truly make this location amazing and are easilythe best workers and keep the place running. They work their butts off and are always running around and are so quick to keepthe line moving while still being friendly and approachable. These girls deserve a raise with all that they do! The last time I went here was I?d guess about a year ago, and has a bit of a story. We came in maybe thirty minutes before... close, there were two employees working, and just a man and his I believe two daughters ordering in front of us. The threeorders took twenty minutes to make, which blew me away. One of the two people working said they only had I think Italian breadleft, and she can?t make anymore. Sure, that?s understandable. So far, I can?t blame them besides the time it took to make asub. Then, with ten minutes left, the person I think is the boss tells the new guy to lock the door, they?re out of breadessentially. The guy goes and locks the door, and then someone came to try and get food. Staring down the subway employees, aman calls and starts getting vitriolic on the phone, the lady makes the new guy open the door, who then insults the employee. That was bad, but it gets worse. The employee makes the wrong decision to say he?s trying to get out of here on time, to whichthe new possible customer says some curses and negative things. More banter occurs, and it?s decided between the two thatthey?re going to fight outside once the employee was done with work. The understandably probably not in the right mindsetemployee starts making a sandwich for someone, and realizes he needs to wash his hands. It?s a quick two second dip, and thenit?s hands on the sammy. At this point my wife and I realize it?s time to go, and dip out. One more observation I noticedthough, was the customer threatening the employee STAYED IN LINE, expecting the guy to make a sandwich for him, which I foundpretty funny. As we left, the employee mumbled he?s not making this guy a ****ing sandwich. I hope they didn?t fight, but geezwhat a mess. The other times id gone before this subway was good though. Read more
