I love La Vista!!!! The food is always super tasty, the people are the best, and the ambience is gorgeous! The fresh food is... always innovative, and as Chef Remy demonstrates, he’s a master of the ingredients! They have the best Sunday brunch in thearea (superior to even The Inn at Pound Ridge) and as someone with many food opinions you can trust me to be objective here.Great food, great setting and most of all great people! Thanks for all that you do La Vista! Read more

My family and I have been visiting La Vista since 2020 regularly. They have the best, most innovative, tasty, and FANTASTIC... MEALS! People who say the food isn’t good or the service isn’t good need to get their mouths checked because in the over 60times we’ve eaten here NOT ONCE have we ever had a dish we did not enjoy! There’s always something new and I genuinely meanit when I say the food is better than much of what I enjoyed when I visited Italy. La Vista run by a family of genuinely kind, wonderful people, all of whom ACTUALLY care about their customers. They take the time to talk to you, getting to know you andalways showing their appreciation for your visiting their abode. Ingredients are fresh, often grown here, and there definitelyis nothing like it around! Give it a try, check it out, and definitely come by their Sunday brunch- the bottomless mimosas haveREAL champagne and as a brunch connoisseur myself, I can genuinely say La Vista offers the best brunch in the area- don’tbelieve me, try it for yourself! There’s truly no place like La Vista and I’m genuinely proud to have this wonderfulrestaurant in my town! They do such amazing work and deserve only the highest praise. Read more

We ordered a green mixed salad with onions & tomatoes. He forgot the onions & tomatoes. I would have enjoyed some romaine... lettuce. We had veal cutlet parmigiana & penne. Before the dish was served they gave us these huge knives. The veal was sodisgusting & so tough. I said something to the waiter & he said veal is tough. It’s pretty sad when at home you can makeveal that is so tender & delicious. Shame on this restaurant for serving us veal that you couldn’t even chew. Read more

We went to this place to celebrate our 18 anniversary and was the worts decision we made, this is the worst place I’ve been... too , the waiter was awful,. if he tried to pretend that we werent there he actually made it seem like we werent there at all . I felt miserable in this place. Just Sammy save the night. I think that this treament we received is just because we are a latinpeople. I’m so sad because we went to this place to celebrate not to received this treatment. I will never come back to thisplace ever again. Read more

The ambiance of this place does not get any better, nor does the service from start to finish. The freshness, quality, and... flavor of the dishes are matched by the generous portions. We would come here just for their bread basket and cheese plate theyoffer you when you're seated. Their Old Fashioned are delicious. Not sure what more you could ask for. Read more

Wonderful Italian restaurant! Lovely atmosphere, great food, and very nice service. Would highly recommend! It was a little... difficult to understand their English though as they are truly Italian there! Read more

On our first visit in 2020, the service was slow but the food was excellent. On our second visit, the service was great but the... food was average. We waited a year for our third visit, which is likely our last. The special pork dish was overcooked on oneend, undercooked on the other, and served cooler than room temperature (yes, we told the waiter but he had no viable solution). The Capellini Aragosta (angel hair pasta in a lobster sauce with fresh lobster meat and a touch of cream and cognac) is a smallportion for $26 and had very little lobster. I could taste other fish mixed into the dish. Plus, we told them in advance that itwas our anniversary but we might as well have told them we were celebrating Wednesday since we got no special table, service orgreeting. Very expensive -- two entrees without drinks, appetizers or dessert was +$90 with tip. Read more
