Sweet Breadsticks were dry, overcooked and ???? should have been thrown out! Tried calling back to ask what was going on and... just got pushed to VM or hung up on ???????????? We were looking for good late night food after a concert and this place really served !???? The lady who took our order was so... nice and professional. She answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were taking to long to order. She was soprofessional and we will honestly come back because of her service alone!! We ordered 2 pizzas tonight. They are always delivered from the Midvale store but tonight they came from the So Salt Lake... store. Both pizzas were raw and the combo had very sparse toppings We called to tell them what showed up. We've orderedpizza from Midvale almost weekly for a long time and they are great. This was garage and that's right where it went. Thecustomer service upon hearing the complaint was horrible!! The person who spoke to my husband challenged him on every comment.He said he made the pizza and it had all the ingredients, then he asked for pictures. Never got my pizza! So I can't really rate if it's good or not. Called five times to follow up on my order and was hung up on... each time. Finally got through and he hung up after no apology or explanation to where my food is. No refund either! Horrible! Terrible pizza at a very market up price. Communication with staff was really difficult both times I've order even tho it was... online orders they managed to miss something or make something wrong. This may have been one of the most disappointing pizza experiences of my life. I order two separate orders one for myself and a... friend and one for my kids on their own order. The kids order went fine and they enjoyed their pizza. However my order and myfriends order got totally fubared. First thing was that we were driving across town and this place was 20 minutes away from ourdestination but the convenience of passing by made it a good spot to get food for home. We ordered well in advance and got there20 minutes late. Now the fun part begins. We get home and my friend starts eating his pizza that he ordered with now ham hasham. Well that would be disappointing for most but significant to him for his own personal reasons. Now I start eating my pizzaand realize that they forgot to add the mushrooms and also left the ham on my pizza. I don't really care about the ham to muchbut like I said my friend wont eat ham for his own reasons. So we call the store to ask what options we have. The one on thephone said he was the owner and personally made our order and there was no possible way that he screwed it up. He refused todeliver us a pizza and argued with my friend saying that he shouldn't have to fix it because they didn't screw it up. I calleddifferent store to see my options and they said that this store frequently has issues and recommends we don't go back. I hopethat you all can learn from my mistake and never go to this location for your pizza. Their are other Big Daddy's Pizza in thevalley and those are owned and operated by different people. Anyway I would stay away from this place at all costs, like I wouldgo hungry before I ever gave them another penny!
