We went to this location close to closing time last night because my teen daughter was begging for a meatball sub. Jenny and... Noel were very helpful and quickly made our sandwich and even offered a pickle. They were polite and cheerful. I reallyappreciated their great service. It is hard to find these days! Read more

Service is so slow. They have 4 people staffed and and took 20 min for two sandwiches. Had to ask them where my order was. They... put it in a bag to go but placed it in the online order. This is consistent behavior. I thought it was a fluke the first twotimes. This was my last. Read more
Ordering went fine. There were 2 people in front of us waiting for their food. The three employees worked on their orders and... then just appeared to be standing around. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one worker asked another where her large turkeybacon ranch was (our sandwich) and they searched their machines only to discover they had never started it. They finally beganmaking it and we got our sandwich without even an apology or offer to make our visit better somehow. When we opened it to eat wediscovered it was on the wrong bread and they never gave us our pickle.
