Came here for breakfast. Food was overpriced for what you get. It used to be decent food. But it was meh. Had to ask an employee... to wash the tables (all were dirty). He was stocking the back room. Took him 5 minutes to come and wash them. The tables andchairs are not comfortable. Many chairs didn't have a back rest. This place definitely could do better. Read more

Music so loud in store in person conversations are difficult and phone calls are impossible. Upper management sitting in the... dining room talking business could not have cared. Sad little location. No callout when mobile order was ready. Read more
Ordered a lemonade and had special request to make it sweet, she told me the raspberry syrup added already was sweet so to hold... the sweet syrup, I also added strawberries, as well as a pumpkin cream cheese muffin, they asked me if I wanted warmed, I did.When I got my drink, it wasn?t sweet and only had a 4 strawberries, and my muffin was cold. It was my first and last visit tothis Starbucks. Wish I would?ve spent my money on the Starbucks I knew was good. Read more
This location was horrible. Got to the drive through at 8:10pm when they close at 9pm they said they were cleaning their frap... machine so we couldn't order anything blended. Then we told them light ice and our drinks were completely full with ice andbarley any drink. Went back to tell them we were dissatisfied and the girl gave us extreme attitude and told us she couldnt doanything about it. Will not return to this location Read more
Bad customer service. When asked if my drink was right the person responded well you ordered it 15 minutes ago. ????what????... That's usually how I order and it doesn't look like this. And he said well its separated. I said ok can you mix it up. The girlhanded me 4 popsicle sticks and said this is all we can do. What?????? Update... after stirring with the popsicle sticks, stilllooks separated and weird in the cup. Update... decided to drink it and it is not the same drink. The location is perfect as it is right on state street and very close to I-80. Parking is convenient. Service is fast and very... friendly. Came in for a cake pop and cocoa for my three year old son and hot cider for myself to curb the cold day. My son gavea thumbs up for his cocoa and the cider was on point. I will be back. I highly recommend. Read more
