Service wasn?t great. They don?t Check up on you after a while. I asked for more veggies, we had a party of 5 and they charged... me for it?. Other places will just give you dime more. I enjoyed everything about my (short but sweet) experience at Pho Bien Hoas. The food was perfect and authentic and came out... really quickly! Told her we had an appitizer and she looked confused and that I was lying to her. She checked her notepad and looksand behold.... We were right. If you have time to eat and to spend at a restaurant than come here. Spent 20min to flag down aserver. 2 tables who came in after us was serviced and order taken before we even got drinks... Server looked so annoyed thatwe were here and taking up her precious time so I guess make sure when you come here your not in a time constraint or have atimed obligation cause you surly won't make it in time! On a whim, we decided to try this restaurant off the beaten path. We were delighted to try things not offered at almost any... other Vietnamese restaurant in the state. I have to say that their pictures in the menu do not do the dishes justice. We orderedthe catfish hot pot dish for my wife and I to share. If you like fish then you will not be disappointed. Beware that authenticalso equates to SPICY! We also ordered some spring rolls and a Boba drink. Everything was made with care and presented withpride. I got here at 3:30 I ordered 2 bobas we?ve been waiting for 20 minutes and still have not gotten our bobas. The customer... service is lacking in Efficiency and speed. It?s super annoying and frustrating. It shouldn?t take 20 minutes and plus for only2 bobas, and the place is not even busy. We got our bobas at 3:53.. COME ON!!! the people working there were chatting more thanthey we?re working. Ruined my day!!!! if the Boba was good then that would?ve been OK but it wasn?t worth it I?ve hadbetter#Nothing special.
