This location is the SLOWEST location. I canceled my 3 piece order after waiting 15 minutes. I ate here once before and they... were slow and I thought it was just that day. Everyone in there looked tired, upset and bored waiting. Your supposed to behappy eating! Go to Daly City or Serramonte instead even if your further, you probably would have ordered and eaten your food bythe time you get your order at this location because of the long wait. Read more
#1 fried chicken in my opinion. It?s always crispy, hot and fresh. The variety of food choices is awesome too. It?s pure... Filipino comfort food heaven. And no biscuits either because Filipinos eat rice and Jollibee is Filipino soul food. Don?t bedumb and ask for biscuits lol. Read more

First time trying Jollibee and nothing tasted good enough for me to want to come back. Nothing against this particular... restaurant. They did a good job taking care of the many customers they had in line. Food was just regular fast food. They wereout of chicken tenders and that's what I really wanted to try but I got the chicken sandwich and it was on par with KFC if I hadto compare. Read more
Disappointed! Waited my order for more than 20mins handed to me with rush ..even prep rush too maybe coz went home check my... food ordered palabok the box was busted up spill all over and worst was I ordered spicy chicken sandwich?deluxe.? but when openit ..I?m shocked coz thinking a kindergarten kid can make sandwich even better than what I get from jollibee !a whole lettuce tosmall bun ?! Tried the chicken sandwich. It was juicy but lacked flavor. It needed a sauce or spices. They had a spicy version but wanted to... try the original first. Plenty of lettuce and a large slice of tomato. I feel the bun was also much bigger than the chicken. Thewait was about 10 minutes from ordering to pickup. Read more
