Out of all the McD's in the area, we drive here from Gellert just because of their spectacular service! Often we're there... Saturday nights between 6-8. Just went earlier tonight! Jony and his young associate (I didn't notice his name) were bothextremely polite and helpful despite how super busy they were. If any upper management is reading this at all, please pleaseplease recognize the crew in this location. They're the reason we still go to McD's at all. Read more
One of the employees, Bernard Hardy showed good hospitality. He asked me how my day was, gave me extra napkins at my table... without me asking, and checked in about how my meal is. He even waved good bye when I left! I've never had this kind of positiveexperience at a McDonalds. Read more
Be aware that some franchise locations are reusing frying oil so much that one can smell the rancid oil in the food even before... tasting it. I threw away my chicken nuggets after being nauseated from eating a few ? This Westbrough location appears one ofthe worst offenders of this. Also, at Westbrough location you will only get three sauces per 10 piece nuggets. Additional cost25 cents or more. All this sums up why this location was a ghost town at busy rush hour, dinner time. The Airport blvd, SSF andMillbrae are the better of the McD locations. Read more
I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered five of the exact same thing, burgers with no cheese or onions. I got four with... everything, including cheese and onions and one with no meat. This was in the drive-through and it took ten minutes to get myorder. Now I?m inside waiting for them to fix it. It?s been 15 minutes. Need employee training on how to handling customers. I order drive tru for chicken nuggets and large fries. I was expecting the... large cardboard container and I got a paper bag pouch which size like a small fries. I came back and told that I order largefries and he said that is a large fries, and I told him if it look like a large fries for him and I said I don't want it. Hewent back and threw it in the garbage but talking bad in spanish and grab a full fries. I told him he don't have to talk bad. Icame back for what I paid for. Read more
Terrible. AVOID! Manager chastised me for ordering the wrong thing. I took issue with his attitude (I was not rude, I just... firmly replied I didn't appreciate his attitude), to which he replied that he didn't like my attitude. Excuse me? I asked tospeak to the manager - and he told me that he was the manager. I asked for his name, which he would not give, and immediatelydemanded I should leave. Totally unacceptable. I ordered a Quarter Pounder and it wasn?t cooked thoroughly. Very disappointed. I went thru the drive thru for this and still... had to wait for it. This happened at this location and it happened at the El Camino location as well. Read more
I ordered on line & picked it up at the store. It was ready as I was approaching the counter. Very fast & efficient.
