The food is the bomb! Best pizza ever. Really wish they would stay open later close early especially on the weekends
They never answer their phone, they even go to the point where they unplug the phone just so they don?t have to take orders,... also their hours of operation is wrong they close early than what the internet says. It takes them forever to come to the frontto take your order. Read more
Foods good enough but not for the prices. They also really hate to answer the phone. It consistently takes at minimum 5 calls... for someone to pick up the phone. You'll be standing in the lobby waiting to pay and the phone will ring off the hook withnobody even thinking about answering. Read more

It only gets one star because I HAVE to give it one. Every single time I order and I have ordered many times over the course of... 4 years, they always have terrible service as well as getting many things wrong. Including BUT NOT LIMITED TO, charging medouble when supposed to have been a 25$ refund, not serving what the menu stated as well as rude service many, many MANY times.I am now completely DONE w this terrible service and food from this place. They call their self Giovanni's yet they don't have the same exact menu that other Giovanni's have and they do not deliver like... other Giovanni's do they do not follow the hungerrush app like other Giovanni's do they set their own time operation apart fromthe other Giovanni's doors, if they're going to portray yourself as a real Giovanni's then they need to act like a realGiovanni's like the rest of them.
