Dined in. Fish sandwich I ordered was cold. Walked it back to employee who instead of offering to replace it called manager who... was not friendly at all. Acted like he was mad. Got no apologies just a replacement. We were the only ones in dine in & they had4 people that I could see behind counter joking around. No excuse for bad service! That's happened when I go thru drive thru &don't find out till I'm home. I'm sure it's happened to other people. South Sioux City NE Arby's could learn LOTS fromHardee's employees. I just wonder why the drive thru can't take more then 2 orders. Why there is a big issue when a cust. Wants to take 6 orders... separate. Money is money and business is business. I went else where to get the rest of the food for my crew 2 weeks ago. Idon't get it. :( Overall I will not go back. Read more
For 20yrs, this was the best Arby's location in Siouxland...as of about 6mos ago, it's turned into the worst. Fries r ALWAYS... COLD...always. Sandwiches r soggy n cold. Customer service is sub-par at best, n is better from the kids than it is themanagement. Just sad. Read more
Typically Arby's is good and fresh. I ordered 5 meals all of which got old soggy disgusting fries. There was barely any meat on... the sandwiches and one of our drinks was pure syrup. Not to mention the person taking the order in the drive thru was not verypleasant. Waste of $40 dollars for sure! Read more
Ordered the two of the cheesesteak meals, absolutely disgusting. They were warm at best. Look like slop. Called them to let him... know how bad it was. I was told that that's the way they're made. Basically it is what it is. Wow!! Read more
The remodel is beautiful! The beer braised beef on the pretzel bun is fantastic! Bomb onion rings, as usual.
Grumpy! The girl at the front counter was very grumpy and short with all the customers she appeared to be the manager and... appeared to be very overwhelmed I ordered the half pound French dip with extra meat which I have ordered before it was obviousbut I only received the half pound when I questioned it she told me that's what it was without even looking at it that made memore upset. Staff was amazing. It was right around the noon rush, but they weren't super busy, so the cashier helped carry my tray to the... table. (I walk with a cane) The help was much appreciated and I didn't even have to ask. Read more
