Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for 2 sandwiches, that weren't made as ordered... We were the only car...
This location is only 3 minutes away from my apartment yet takes 30+ minutes to arrive consistently. Sandwiches are always soggy... or incorrect and they always manage to give the wrong chips. Pop is also flat and watered down. Every. Single. Time. Read more

Normally order delivery, had a whole list of rewards, went yesterday at about 1230pm & the lady put me in a whole mood, rude as... can be & made no effort into listening to my order or what I had to say. Had a free bday favorite sandwich & she refused to giveme just my regular sandwich stating it won?t let her bc she already knows these things. Ordered it for delivery as a regsandwich (it not being categorized as favorite) and CRAZY HOW IT STILL WORKED AS FREE. Did not appreciate her attitude let alonespoken to like a child, 3 yr rewards member & this is how you get treated.. oh well. Read more

I went to johns and ordered a turkey Tom after opening the sandwich wrapping I discovered that I had not received a turkey Tom... but instead I had received a nature valley granola bar no under normal circumstances this would be grounds for a one star reviewbut I happen to like nature valley bars a lot so they get a 5 star for food but a 1 star for customer service Read more
Last two orders took an hour to get here. The delivery smells like cigarettes, the driver must smoke in his car.
