I ordered a large Ice coffee with no ice and it was extremely watery! I called when I got home only to be told to leave a... message. I dont live in the area so I am waiting for them to open, so I can return it. I will report how that goes. Also itlooks nothing like the photos! Read more
This McDonald's was very crowded with people waiting in line for their orders. We waited in line for our food over an hour. The... manager was screaming out food orders to the other employees like an auctioneer. I had to eventually ask about our order whenother people that came in after us got there food quickly and left. The floor was messy with trash from the French fry area andfull and empty cups of soda were strewn around on the counter by the registers. It seemed very chaotic and confusing. It washard to believe that the service was so poor. We went there at about 4:30 pm on a Tuesday and we're ready to walk out withoutour food. My friend just wanted to leave. You know, on a Sunday morning, I wanted to stop and have a breakfast sandwich and a cup of coffee as I waited for my friend to... meetup with me and we could relax for a minute and chit-chat/catch-up before we went about our day. Since I happened to be onthis side of town, we agreed to meet at McDonald's. Well, I get there before he does by about 2 minutes and the lobby's closed(Still...). The only lobby in all of Tucson that still has their lobby closed compared to just about any business,anywhere.... I understand/know the area and the homeless situation, but I think I should've been able to eat my sandwich inside(instead of outside on the side of the building like I did) for those 2 minutes prior to my friend getting there; and, would'vebeen nice to have a cup of coffee as well... Anyway, I waited - outside eating my food - while he ordered and had to leave afterreceiving it because he ,nor I, wanted to enjoy our purchases outside. I never got that cup of coffee because of thediscouragement... I don't think people - (e.g.: who may want to get out of their car from driving for a moment with the kids) -should have to be inconvenienced because you don't want homeless people coming in the lobby. There's other business locationsthat deal with the same problem, yet, they've opened their lobby. Not very inviting, no consideration, and not very in humane inregards for view upon human life (all my opinion). Starting to loose hope for this place, for the 6 time this month my child has not received a toy when we order the happy meal.... Not only is the toy repeatedly forgotten but the fries from the meal I order are never made into the bag.......please be sureyour orders are clear and pronounce thank you. Read more
Drive threw couldn't hear us.so was asked to drive up to the window. Finally got our order. Ordered. We get our.... Food. We asked for extra ice. We got no ice. Sweet and sour sauce. We asked for wasn't in the bag . We got. Bbq Instead. There was No ketchup for fries. Xtra toy we payed for was not in the bag. And we got no straws or napkins. Read more

Recently me and my family decided we would stop for some fast food. Chicken nuggets were the biggest cravings. When we stopped... ordered 50 nuggets in total and a double quarter pounder. The guy who took our order was great made sure to confirm everythingeven our sauces we requested! But when the girl brought out our order we had 20 nuggets missing which was easily corrected priorto leaving the establishment. The biggest issue was when we got home and opened our burger!! Our bread was soaked in grease andblack specks ..you could tell the grill has not been cleaned in how long. Completely lost my appetite for it. This was truly nottheir day Read more
