On September 24th me and my family went for dinner. First the waitress was extremely rude and you could tell she didn't like... her job. I paid the bill by credit card and left. A few days later I checked my credit card statement and noticed the thewaitress added an extra tip for herself( that is credit card fraud) I talked to the manager and showed her the original receiptto prove that the waitress added extra to the tab. The manager said she would call me back with updates, that's over a week ago.It looks like friendlys approves of credit card fraud. Read more
An old American family dine in. A good place to spend with your kids, as they offer good variety of ice cream desserts. ????.... Overall all the other food is not really tasty, and I think is even not cooked there, but taken from boxes. Like not realmashed potatoes, clam chowder, turkey gravy, even turkey if it really was turkey, was oversalted. Also very limited variety ofdrinks. I would come here only for ice cream desserts ????. New menu with lots of great, innovative dishes worth coming for (try the brisket burger, you WILL NOT regret)! Has a newly... renovated and ?with the times? vibe, and the staff are incredibly friendly and could not have been more welcoming (Judy was justawesome). I hadn't been to Friendly's in awhile so figured I would divert from Dairy Queen for once and try it. Not impressed. The ice... cream is quite bland and nothing spectacular. The location is also quite dirty and unkept. However, the wait staff is verynice. I didn't notice until later but I was charged $24 dollars for two basic ice cream dishes and nothing more. It was myfault I didn't catch in time but neither did the cashier. Regardless, I won't be back to this location. Read more
Service was really good. Our waitress was very very professional. Yes, I know this is an ice cream joint but Im on a diet... (daughter wanted to go here), so I ordered soup and salad. Clam chowder was tangy - wondered if it was even good, so didn'tattempt to finish it. Salad was okay, the lettuce was not cut into pieces, as if the person folded it to put in burger butchanged his mind and instead shoved it on my plate instead. The rest of the fam got the goodies! Hubby said the burger was okay,it was plain - no flavour but overall it was good. Kids had the mac & cheese, nothing to report but the fact that my daughtersaid broccoli was dry.
