We waited 45 mins. In drive tru. Wasn't sure if they had the new sandwich. No thank you from clerk when we finally got our food... after another 10 mins. Very discouraging for my family. Read more
Waited in line to order for half an hour and another half an hour for food to be prepared. Very short staffed. What staff they... had was very nice and working as quickly as they could. Their employee that took the orders and collected payments was havingto alternate the front desk with the drive thru and also deliver the food. I don't believe there were over 3-4 employeespresent. The on line orders actually complicated the process because of no dedicated on line employees to complete this process.Also, evidently not enough cooks present since no food was prepared in a timely manner. Food was good.. but drivethru had me pull around to wait. After 20 minutes I finally got my order. One sandwich n order of... fries. Seems like they need to prepare better for lunch hour rush. Read more
I have gone 3 different times. The 1st time the chicken was so dry. I called they did replace the order at no cost a month... later. When I got home with the replacement the potatoes were runny and tasted like water. Read more
I think the place is clean and the staff does a great job as well, but just being a picky eater with my chicken tenders, they... seem to never get them crunchy enough and the meat almost feels like it needs cooked more but again im someone that eats myfoods extra crispy. Other than my tenders complaint, I love all the sides and drinks and everything else included in meals.Overall great place to eat. Read more
KFC is a place that has the potential to be really good. The recent renovations are bright, whimsical and attractive. Our food... was excellent, hot and arrived without much delay. However, KFC is understaffed. One lady taking and filling orders is simplynot enough. We arrived minutes before the dinner crowd, and by the time we left there was a long line. Had we arrived just 15minutes later, we probably would have left rather than waiting in line. We had to clean our own table, due to the fact thatthere wasn't an employee available to clean the dining room. I understand budget constraints, but even one additional employeewould have made a difference. Read more
