I tried for two hours to get a pizza. The online menu said it went through when I called the the store its self they told me... after an hour that they didnt have a delivery driver. So I have to say that it is one of the worse delivers in town. Read more
You should order Pirates Pizza, Giovanni's or Little Caesars or any other pizza place that isn't trying to corrupt your kids... through their children's book programs. Read more
Awful customer service, I had to call 4 times before they would stop hanging up on me, they was very rude, and took an hour and... a half to deliver my food!! And to top that off It was the manager on the phone!! These people need to learn how to treatcustomers the right way! Read more
At over a hour of waiting for my delivery i finally had to go to the store to get my pizza and soda. I had to argue with the... staff. They acted like it was my fault that I expected my pizza in a timely fashion. That i should understand that they arehaving staffing issues. He did give me a 10 dollar credit. However when i got home which is less than 5 minutes away from thestore the order was wrong and cold. I will never order from this store again! When we ordered online, we figured there would be a long delivery time due to the fact of possible short staffing and it being... the 1st of the month. We did receive a call after ordering that it would possibly be a 1 hour delivery time, which we was goodwith. Shortly after receiving that call, I received a text that our order was out for delivery. In fact it was 16 minutes afterplacing the order, it was delivered by the store manager. She was very pleasant and professional.. Read more
