They gave back less change than I was supposed to get 3 times in a row now. No receipt...and my order was not at all rite. I had... to ask for 2pks sauce and they said 50 cents per pk....I know this is not true and in my opinion giving that I had to ask for myreceipt someone was pocketing some extra $...will not go back to the 1 in Williamson FYI check ur total ,get a receipt and chkur order, count ur change and I suggest doing it all before u pull away from the window. I dont give bad reviews. I understandmistakes happen. These were not mistakes . I love to support local businesses but as stated will not go back here. Ever.Also...not friendly service and I was very nice to them even after all the mishaps. I have worked in customer service and I knowit is by far a hard job but being rude will. NOT make your shift any easier. You can ALWAYS be kind, no matter the situation. I do hope they get to the root of the problem tho bc my money, your money...none of it comes easy. Read more
The woman who was working the drive thru was amazing. We had a large gathering in the vehicle and couldn't make up minds.... Instead of getting hateful, she took her time and suggested items. She was a middle aged lady with brown/black hair seemed to belike a manager?? I wish I would have gotten her name! Keep her! Read more
Ordered ahead online. Got sour cream after specifically ordering no sour cream ahead of time. Missing order items once got home.... The drinks was offered to us by cans after they were already paid for (ordered large also) which I just declined. Really justdepends on what employees are there they have some good workers but they can?t be there all the time. I called and the worker Ispoke with said to drive back up and they?d provide the rest of my meal however it?s too late and I don?t have that luxury dueto work and the sleep I need. This is not the first incident. Disappointed they can do better. Just want what I pay for. Read more
