Service is quick but good is always just splattered together
Family always loves Wendy's, and if it wasn't for getting our orders wrong so often, I would give a higher score.
Very friendly staff. Food was perfect temperature and delicious.
Just waited at the front register to order for 15 minutes. Was passed by multiple employees and never even acknowledged or... given a chance to order. I was just picking up a mobile order. Wont return. Read more

I've been going to this local Wendy's for years and I have had very few issues. The few that I did have were always promptly... corrected. I also have never waited an excess amount of time receiving my food. Just a personal note: I know restaurants wantto keep up with the times, but I wish Wendy's had kept (at least partially) the restaurant decor "old fashioned" like theirslogan suggests. I want them to bring the Superbar back, too. Read more
Food is usually pretty good. Most employees are friendly, except one girl that took my order a few days ago, she was not... friendly at all, and acted like she didn't want to be "bothered" when I asked her to get my drinks from the drive-thru becausethe drink machines in the lobby we're not working. I was there the other morning and the employee that took my order was veryfriendly and helpful, however. She was an older lady with grey hair. Read more
Why do you have strawberry frosty on the drive thru menu but never seem to have it when i order it? Why the false advertising?... Ads on tv about having it, but south williamson can?t seem to figure out how to make it i guess. Hire more crackheads. Read more
