Customer service was considerate, polite, and professional. Food was tasty.
Absolutely love Rita's and I will drive 30+ miles out of my way to have it. This was our first time at this location and it was... the WORST Rita's I've ever been to for 3 reasons: The inside smelled *very* strongly of cleaning products. As soon as weordered we had to leave, it was terribly nauseating. I went a second time a week later and the smell was the same. My kids hadlarge pieces of unflavored ice in their Italian Ice. There was also no special flavor of custard, only vanilla andchocolate. All in all, very friendly staff, and the desserts were still mostly phenomenal. Read more
