Usually a good experience. Exception as I ordered a box of Dilly Bar with chocolate ice cream as they aren't available in the... case any more. I came back 2 days later to pick them up. No one made them. They were apologetic but still didn't have themdone. Came back a week later to pick them up and they were extremely confused. No one knows what is going on there as they hadhard time finding them and tried to charge me again! Read more
Great ice cream but having all young kids running the place just doesn't work. We waited longer then we should have for 2 ice... creams and then forgot our fountain soda while we are standing at the counter waiting and 3 young employees just messing aroundnot even acknowledging us standing there trying to get the rest of our order because the forgot it. Not only is their people ice cream delicious, their pupcups are the best on Cape Cod in price, size and number of cookie bones.... Just ask Finn and Evie. I buy them 6 at a time and have them on hand on these hot days. Read more
