Staff is friendly & most of them are accommodating. Food is always delicious. It's my favorite Domino's in the area.
So never done a review on them but need to now, one time few months back, ordered from wrong location in Yarmouth, after... realizing this, the manager said go pick it up at the other store, even though it was to be delivered. Know help of any kind.Today we used a special that was to be part of our order (second time this has happened) after placing the order and realizedthe price did not reflect the special, called the manager he said (you must have done it wrong, nothing he could do) I asked ifhe started my order he said yes, I was going to cancel. Usually not one to leave review for a place like this, only reason I am is because of the inconsistency of the food and how sick... I got. I usually only get dominos when I have my nieces & nephews over so they aren't hard to please with food. Over the last 3times I got it, one time it was delicious, the second time it wasn't bad but there was no sauce on it, and I ordered yesterdayand have never received such greasy food. Got a medium with bacon, mushroom, and pepperoni. Grease went through the whole box wehad to clean off the table when we finally threw it out and hope the stain goes away off the wood. The pizza had so much cheeseon it we couldn't pick it up without everything on pizza falling off. Had to use fork and knives, we all had one piece and thenall of us had extremely awful stomach aches for the rest of the day and night. I've never gotten so sick from pizza, nevermindonly one slice. Okay so I usually ordered from them every weekend as a treat for my kids. However I stopped ordering from them awhile ago... because they kept getting my orders wrong, it started to feel like they were doing it on purpose knowing that I would call. Alittle over a week ago I decided to try again I ordered three pizzas and I put my credit card in and I continued to purchaseeverything said fine until the delivery driver came and said I didn?t pay for it. However instead of being respectful about ithe went straight to disrespect and before I could resolve the issue he sped off really fast out of the neighborhood knowing thatchildren lived in the complex so well I?m on the phone with the manager (or someone who claimed to be manager) I had told themwhat the driver did and he literally said I don?t care. I asked if there is gonna be any consequences for the disrespect and theway he went from 0 to 60 out of a neighborhood with children in it the manager said NO. He continued to yell at me and tell methat my order was never paid for and said that I complain too much for him to care and they are not going to do anything aboutmy purchase or the way I was being treated by the delivery driver and the manager I was talking to nothing was going to come ofit! The lack of respect from this store is unbelievable there is absolutely no professionalism in that store I advise everybodyto think twice before ordering from this store! Read more

Where do I start?? ?3x I?ve ordered from here and I?ve regretted it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I tried ordering from a diff domino?s... this last time but since it was through the app & online, it chose this store again. Omg. 1x pizza wasn?t fully cooked. Anothertime we were at a hotel and waiting outside for the driver to show up or call us. After seeing a dominos car driving away(yelled out to them and followed behind vehicle but they didn?t stop or see/hear me). Then checked app & it said delivered. Icalled the store, was told the driver was still out for delivery & that there had been another order at the hotel & that thatmust?ve been the driver I saw. After about 10mins I got a call back from the store who said the driver said she left it in frontof the door. I found that extremely unpleasant seeing as it?s a hotel hallway w/ all kinds of traffic or the possibility forsomeone to take or mess with it. Before Covid I wouldn?t have liked that, nvm now. Regretted tipping as much as I did onlinesince then they seem to not care about customer service. I had provided my phone number & told them to call upon arrival. I gotthe new apple sauce cinnamon twists. In my cart it said that it also came with icing dip so I didn?t add any. It didn?t end upcoming with any icing. Barely any cinnamon sugar stuff, basically dough twists. This last time I ordered the garlic twists withthe 5 cheese dip & cinnamon twists w/ apple AND added icing dip. Cinnamon twists were good. The 5 cheese dip though, neveragain! Nothing like the pictures or commercials. It was like cottage cheese texture, not melty stringy cheese. There was a hugesection (about 1/2) that was just a puddle of butter on top of the ?5 cheese dip?. Boxes covered in grease & got all over me.Once again $30-$40 in the trash. I?ll never again order from this dominos or maybe any dominos again ever. I have NO QUESTIONwhy this dominos has such a low star rating. Everyone just a heads up when you order from them-if you don't tip them, they will go ahead and add on whatever amount of tip... they like. It happened twice. So keep an eye on your bank account, because I have had to dispute this. And I will be goinghigher up, because you don't just get to add however much a tip you deserve, especially when you are well past the deliverywindow and can't follow instructions. Read more
