I don't know what these people are talking about the staff being rude because they're not. I've been eating at Jomama's since it... opened and have filled out so many of the drinks reward stamp cards, every sandwich I've ever eaten there was great. They havethe best iced tea and smoothies. In fact it's my comfort food place, I could eat there everyday and not get sick of the food andI love the staff they're some of the most efficient workers on the Cape when it comes to restaurants like this. First and foremost, the girl behind the counter was rude. Im a mechanic, so if IM calling you rude, you're being pretty rude.... But about the food, I ordered egg and cheese on an everything bagel. The bagel they gave me was sesame seed, the egg felt/tastedmicrowaved, and the cheese was spread as if someone was whispering about cheese in the bathroom. Food was bland. The FrenchToast coffee tastes like Folgers instant coffee, not even a small white flag of French taste. Just get your breakfast somewhereelse folks. Read more
Customer service was bad, cashier was rude. Fulfilled 2 other orders first even though we were first in line. They might of been... regulars but all we got was 2 coffees. Our coffee was all messy, needed to wipe it down with napkins, cap kept coming off.Bagels were good though. Read more
Terrible bagels and service. First stop on a Sunday and they were out of plain and others by 9 am and no idea when more would... be ready. Went back on Monday morning when they opened and the bagels were undoubtedly a day hold. Nearly broke the knifecutting them. Service was awful and acted like they weren't interested in my business. What a disappointing experience. I paid $10 for a sandwich called The Godfather, which had an embarrassingly paltry amount of... vegetarian ingredients. Shame on me for not reading the menu more closely and understanding that this did not include Italiancold cuts, but shame on the establishment for offering me a thin slice of tomato atop a scraggly slice of mozzarella cheeseadorned with a few stray basil leaves shoved between two slices of ciabatta. I imagine the balsamic glaze must have been appliedwith an atomizer. My mama didn't raise no fool, but apparently JoMama's did. Read more
I have only had one thing there so this is a rating of their chicken salad on a "New York bagel". I am not sure what about this... bagel makes it a NY bagel. I am from NY and it was not what I expected. Their bagels are on the small side and not particularlysoft. They did not have tuna salad which I thought was super weird for a bagel shop. So I got chicken salad. I asked for a bagelscooped out and toasted with chicken salad. They scooped one half of the bagel, I don't know if that's a MA thing but I expectedthey'd scoop out both halves so was bummed I had to take the sandwich apart to do it myself but I already had to take thesandwich apart to take off the lettuce I didn't ask for and remove the cranberries. 1/3 of the chicken salad was sweetenedcranberries with a little mayo mixed in. It was inedible unless you're 6, it might be tasty, super sweet. And it cost $9 andchange, maybe $9.99 I can't remember. I thought it was really expensive for a bagel and when I saw what I paid for I was reallybummed. They might make other good things but my lunch was a bummer. I don't recommend it. Read more
Havent even eaten my food yet but wanted to share my experience with you so far. The lady took 5 min to come out the back and... then she was sour and miserable. Im not excited to eat this food bec usually people attitude reflects is their food. Also theeggs are microwaved. Its a shocker to see that their wasnt a soul in here.
