Overcharged by $9.00 .Questioned girl at take out window but she pretended she didnt understand me. I couldn't stay in line bc... too many cars. Ordered the 2x breakfast sandwiches for $4.99....On the MENU lady on the intercom says you want 4 sandwiches, I say no I want... the 3x sandwiches for 4.99 The screen still shows 3x orders for 4.99 I state I only want 2 sandwiches to which she hastily saysyup pull up I pull up they tell me $10 I say I want the 2x sandwiches for 4.99.... The girl goes and gets the manager (Themanager is theSame girl that took my order btw) And she stands in front of the cash register looking at it perplexed andstates "We don't have that promotion anymore sorry it's $10) I say it's on your menu..... She stares at the cash register for 30secs and did nothing and I just got heated and drove away. Probably the filthiest franchise ever every time you go. New renovations make it look like an absolute dump. And even if you... order breakfast before the changeover on the app if you arrive at 10:31 to pick up your food you will not get it because theywill not honor your order even though it was ordered before the changeover. Went through the drive thru. Took 9 minutes to get from order to pay window with 4 cars in front of me. Then at pick up window... the young lady stood there with my order in hand yacking with another employee for what seemed like forever. Unfortunately thisis typical for this McDonald's. Read more
SLOW slow SLOW! Always. Every time. Drive thru, in store. Doesn?t matter - always waiting 10-15 min even for a basic... cheeseburger for one person. Unacceptably and consistently understaffed and mismanaged. Read more

Hands down the slowest order process I have had in any Macdonald?s in my life. Don?t know if everyone is training today or... something but from taking the order to paying (drive through) it has been 41 min. So far 2 cars have left from making the orderand not paying yet. Manager of this place really needs to sort this place out. Well done though you won the accolade of slowestMacdonald?s restaurant. Well done! Read more
Nobody said anything when I walked in. I noticed they finished renovations and now had 2 giant computers. 3 people ahead of me... and cashier was just walking back n forth. FINALLY after about another 10 minutes another customer/victim came in and asked if Ihad ordered yet. I said no but that the cashier made eye contact with me a few times and would continue pacing in boredom. Hesaid to either order on 1 of the new giant computer things or go through drive through. I opted for drive thru because my 5 yearold daughter just got outta school and said she was starving. I thought McDonald's was quick and easy but didn't turn out to beeither lol. I only ordered a 6pc chicken nugget happy meal and medium fry with coke. They gave me hamburger happy meal forgot myfries and coke wasn't normal almost tasted like plastic. Not recommended at all!
