Gross. Ordered for a pickup over and hour in advance told them pickup time they made it when I first called ignored the time... blamed me then just threw the food back in the fryer burning it after leaving it sitting on a counter that whole time andrefused a refund was trying to do store credit only the food stank like it was bad. Avoid awful customer service and foodpractices. Other Chinese food places are much better I would go elsewhere and save the frustration. Read more
Its ok. Flavor is semi ok. Had the chicken fried rice. Smell and taste more like a burnt taste. Spare ribs are alright. Could be... better fpr the price. Order on the phone. First time coming here. Menu was confusing. They assumed I wanted a large ofeverything, when it was only one person eating. No questions were asked or didnt tell about sizes or combination platters. This is the best Chinese Restaurant on Cape! Don't be fooled by the "hole in the wall" appearance, this place is a Gem! It is... the most consistent, friendly priced, great serviced restaurant I've ever dealt with. I've known some as good, but none betteras far as consistency and value. Their prices are amazing for today's times, and the food is ALWAYS excellent! I was on callthis past Thanksgiving, and my family was celebrating up in New Hampshire, so I was on my own, but no big deal because I wasbusy fixing people's heat anyway. I was hoping Wok and Roll would be open so I could get some food to take home. I stopped by,and they were closed, which I was happy for them because this great family works all of the time, but there was one person inthere, the owner was in there scrubbing the kitchen walls, by hand, by himself on one of the very few days in the year theyclose. Careful, on line menu prices may not be right. The online menu had General Tso's Chicken and Shrimp w lobster sauce listed for... $8.95 ea. When picking up our order of these two items we were changed $11.95 each. I questioned them and was told "that's anold menu". IMO I think they are using this menu as a bait and switch to get customers in the door. My General Tso's was good butthe Shrimp dish was disgusting. The sauce was nothing close to lobster sauce. Super good food. Friendly staff. I call in and they know me by name. That is customer service. I highly recommend.
