Had the best service ever!! Despite their lack of staff, which I notice is in all food service around here, mostly caused... because rents are extreme around here. The staff are friendly, they work hard, and despite the impatience of some customers,continue to do their best. I will continue to be a dedicated customer here. Read more

Another customer inconvenience with the store front being closed. 2 days ago I couldn't get my morning coffee at another... location because the debit wasn't working. The only location in the Grey Bruce area that is worth more than 1 star is inHepworth. Read more

Absolutely the slowest Tim Hortons in Ontario. Only tolerable with app for in store pick up (I only get coffee and it still... takes at least 5 or 10min but beats the 20min drive thru and out the door lines) Lately they refuse in-store pick up but youdon't know while ordering. It's made for difficult and long refund processes/much wasted time. Really not worth going hereanymore. Read more

If you don't have a car, don't go here. They ignore the people inside for the drive through. I waited about 15 minutes, saw a... dozen or so cars served, and didn't any closer inside. I just left and went to Dizzy. The staffing issue isn't likely theirfault.. but still.. go elsewhere. Read more
