Very friendly employees who will go out of their way for you completely unprompted, which is definitely appreciated. Only... "complaint" is that this is the only McD in the area that charges for extra lettuce. Minor, but worth mentioning. Read more
The absolute nastiest bathroom stall ive ever encountered in a fast food place!! It was 815am so you cant even say it was late... and someone missed cleaning it...only reason i gave two stars is because sandwich was good...makes no sense!! Read more

The food was very good and the staff behind the counter were friendly and quick with the order. My complaint was the restroom.... It was worse than a subway station. I don?t think it had been cleaned in a very long time. I told the worker in the dining areawho had his feet up and a computer he was working on. I informed him the bathroom needed attention. He told. Walk in and went to a working kiosk, ordered our breakfast. Couple mins after our order was put in, my coffee was brought out... and it taste like it didn?t have Splenda in it. I went up to the counter to ask for extra Splenda. Apparently there was a mangeron the phone showing another manager what the song was about. Rewind before the phone all associates looked over at me and sawI was standing there. Five mins later an associate in the back probably the meat cooker about 5?10 shoulder length curly brownhair 210 lbs a little scruffy said ?is there a reason why the gentleman standing up there staring at all of us hard? even when Isaid excuse me 3x?S loud and clear. No acknowledgement nor anything until that associate said something. To fix this is that allassociates should be more attentive to the customers and not rely on a robot to do the work. I know now a days kids and pplwanna be on the phones but it?s not right for the managers to be on the phones. That?s showing failure to properly train andlead new and younger associates. To whoever is in the McDonald?s industry that will and is able to see this please fix the 2ndStreet Pike, Southampton McDonald?s to better their staff and managers. Thank you!!!!!! Read more
Very nice workers at night but the food here is probably one of the worst McDonald?s I have been to. The ice cream machine is... almost always broken and the fries are never fresh. Tonight the ice cream machine worked but no hot fudge and the fries had somuch salt on them it looked like they were covered in sugar. They were inedible. Read more
Wages pretty much doubled and the cooks can?t even aim the tartar sauce on the center of the sandwich? kind of pathetic. The... woman taking my order was very sweet though, so it saved a one star. Read more
