I'll give it a 4 this time. Walked in this morning to watch used to be Redhouse. Now its Pop's. I'd say the bagel is just as... good. But I asked for double meat (porkroll) and got 3 slices. $7. Terrible Staff!! Ordered 4 bagels, a pre-packaged cream cheese, and whitefish. 15 minutes later I still do not have bagels or... cream cheese (nothing I ordered needed to be cooked). Finally I asked if my order will be much longer since 6 other customershave come and gone (half of them ordered food needing to be cooked) and they tell me they don't have either the whitefish or thecream cheese... how does a bagel place run out of cream cheese!!! They didn't offer me anything as a substitute, instead allthey offered me was a dumb look. I demanded my money back and left! Read more

You would think that a place that primarily sells bagels would know how to toast a bagel. Well think again! It's not hard to... toast a bagel but apparently for these fine employees, it is quite difficult. When we ask for the bagel to be toasted well done(since having it toasted normally basically means not toasted to them) we expect it to be nice and crispy. Well half the timethe bagel is given to us not toasted at all. Not only do these employees who run a bagel shop not know how to properly make abagel, they lack customer service skills too and get mad if we ask them to make our bagels again. I guess from now on we willjust buy bagels and make them ourselves at home, if we even go there at all anymore. Because even though I never worked in abagel shop, I still have common sense to see if a bagel is toasted or not. Read more

OMG...horrible wait. 30 min for a bagel with cream cheese and two sausage egg and cheese bagels. People who came in after us got... theirs before we did. They were not ppl who called ahead either! Bagels were not that great. Chocolate chip bagel had nochocolate chip in it. Maybe they were melted??? Was not impressed. Read more

Place used to be great. The last few times waits of 40 minutes, orders incorrect, sandwhiches made poorly. We will not be... visiting this establishment anymore. Read more
