The employees here are miserable, just MISERABLE. moping around at a snail's pace with seemingly no desire to be there - It... was like the one employee was literally in slow motion - I watched her take 10 minutes to make one salad (apparently for amobile order) as she slowly moved from ingredient to ingredient - not even looking up to acknowledge I was there waiting. I wasthe only one in the shop and it took 25 minutes from start to finish to get a simple salad with no modifications. This was my3rd attempt to see if there would be a better experience.. 3 strikes you are out - I will go somewhere where you don't feel likean inconvenience to the workers. Read more

AVOID THIS LOCATION! If I could give less than one star, I would. We have a coworker with a SEVERE and DANGEROUS tree-nut... allergy. We placed an order for lunch and he ordered a brownie. He checked the website and it said that the brownies werenut-free. When we picked up the order, we received a 'blondie' by mistake. The wrapper on the blondie was totally blank. Therewere no nutritional facts or anything else printed on it. So we called the store and asked the person if there were tree nuts inthe blondies. She said no. We informed her that the person it was for has very serious allergies and asked if she could justdouble check because there were no nutritional facts on the plastic. She put us on hold for a few minutes and came back andinformed us that there were absolutely NO tree-nuts in the blondie, only white chocolate. We informed her again that this personhas a very serious allergy and asked if she was SURE and she said 'Yes, I checked'. Our coworker opened the blondie and brokeoff a piece and, sure enough, it was filled with walnuts. We immediately called back and spoke to the same person and informedher of the mistake and told her how serious it could have been if he had taken a bite. We were very fortunate that he caught itquickly. She transferred us to her manager and we explained what had happened. He was very cavalier and uncaring about theentire situation. 'Well, it was an honest mistake. I don't know what you want me to do about it. She was probably too busy tocheck.' But it's not an HONEST MISTAKE if someone intentionally places you on hold and PRETENDS to look up allergen information! He grew very short with us on the phone, as though we were inconveniencing him. We asked for corporate's number and he said 'Idon't appreciate being yelled at. I'm not giving it to you. You can look it up online.' He refused to give us his name and hungup on us. At NO point during this call did I raise my voice. I feel I was pretty calm considering how seriou Read more

I?ve been going to this location for years and never started having issues until they reopened last year. Every order I?ve... placed is always wrong. They barely give you any lettuce or toppings. Something is usually missing. Even if you go to there it?snot any better. When questioned on how much they give you they say ?it?s the new portioning? which is a complete lie becausethe one in Horsham gives you your moneys worth. We asked for Turkey and the kid had no idea which one in the container wasTurkey, and ended up putting spicy chicken on the salad. We were given the wrong salad dressing after we asked multiple times ifit was the right one. It?s never the same people working in there. Since the reopening we?ve given them countless tries butenough is enough. We?ll make the extra drive to a different location that knows what they?re doing and doesn?t rip you off. Read more

This is the 3rd time going to this location. It?s not like ANY OTHER Salad Works. It?s dirty looking, their containers are... different & smaller, they are OUT of items each visit. It?s time, so empty, decided not to order. 2nd time, so bare & dirtylooking & they didn?t have the usual food items. I asked about 1 item, they didn?t have it. I looked and said you know what, I?mjust leaving. Today my daughter brought home my same salad I always get. It was awful! They again did NOT have food items &bare & dirty looking. NO ROLLS! I attempted to eat it, just couldn?t. I just close it up & trashing it. NEVER EVER WILL I GOBACK TO THIS SALAD WORKS. ???????????????????????????????? Read more

Very pleasant experience here; unlike any of the other locations. Not to take away from the others, but the customer service... here exceeds all! Immediately walking in I was greeted by Mahmoud who stopped what he was doing any went right to assisting me.Shyreese was cleaning and greeted immediately also and congratulated me on my pregnancy. There were no other customers in thestore at the time but they both stopped their previous tasks and worked together beautifully to fulfill my order. They bothengaged in friendly conversation and we extremely nice. The bathroom smelled like it was just cleaned and was well kept. I woulddefinitely recommend this location because of these 2 lovely employees! Customer service was top notch. Thank you for treatingme with kindness Mahmoud & Shyreese Read more

Worst salads we ever had! Ordered the Cobb salad and chicken Caesar salad online. Looks like it was made hours before our pickup... time ? lettuce was all limp and wilted. Hardly any chicken in either of the salads. Avocado in the Cobb was almost black! Foralmost $10 per salad it looked like only half a salad. They looked pathetic! Oh, we also ordered a soup ? when we got there theytook the soup and our rolls out of the fridge where our salads were! That was our go to Saladworks but we won?t be going backthere!!! Read more
