Must have been a new employee as they missed an item in our order causing us to drive back to get it. Even worse, they had... given us the store copy of the receipt, which needed signed, instead of the customer copy. They were friendly and resolved ourissue with no fuss so kudos to the customer service in correcting a mistake. The food was awesome as always too! Read more
I recently visited for the first time ever at this franchise and was left unhappy. I arrived just moments after they opened and... ordered the cinnamon rolls, they were warm and not fresh and hot, which I didn?t understand because they had just opened, theyalso had a very stale taste. I went back seconds later and asked to exchange, I was not able to. I received a refund and placedanother order for pepperoni bites, they were better but definitely not what I was expected. I ordered again, the little hot dogsin a bun. These were delicious! My 4 year old & I loved them. They are not my fav and probably the only thing I?ll ever reallyeat from this place. Was in here today. An African American girl with blue hair dropped some pretzel bites on the floor, literally picked them up... and put them in the cup to give to a customer who wasn't paying attention! I called her out on it and she was very hostile. Theperson I assume was the manager made it seem like it wasn't a big deal! The would be customer thanked me for seeing that. I wasbeyond grossed out and there are serious health concerns with that. Will never go here again. I usually love them but they sold me burnt pretzels, I didn't notice until I got home and was so disappointed...they should have... been trashed when they accidentally burnt them not sold to the customer. Read more
Not really sure, the place had sold out of pretzels by time I got there so I guess the customers before me enjoyed them. The... place was kind of hard to find because you had to walk and it was not easy to find using the walking map. It is pretty far backfrom the parking lot and behind other stores that makes it invisible to the naked eye when you get out of your car. You have towalk about a 1/4 mile to get to it. Good exercise if you are counting steps like me. Read more
Came in an hour and a half before closing. Staff was annoyed the moment we walked in. I asked for a pretzel without butter... because my son has a severe allergy to dairy. They informed me they don't do that. I informed them they do and they saidactually they can but it's too close to closing. I still wanted drinks but they ignored me and I said "I guess we can't getdrinks either" and the staff member said "Nah better not" then proceeded to talk badly about us. So if you want food that'sbeen sitting out for hours and to be talked to like trash this is your place. Read more
