The unprofessional man with dreadlocks stated he was the manager I asked for extra most best pizza with extra sauce I ordered... through the online portal. When I saw my pizza I said this is not extra most best. He then stated that he had made me severalpizzas. That is a lie because you only get one code for online portal. Once that code is used you cannot use that code again.There was about 10 people in there and they all stated that my pizza did not look like extra most best. His own staff at thecash register started laughing because she knew he was lying and I had sat there for an hour waiting on a pizza. I had justordered a extra most best pizza from the same place a couple of days prior and therefore I knew it should have plenty ofpepperoni on it. I waited almost an hour for one pizza that they never gave me this man stated he has been there for 4 years. Ido not understand why Little Caesars would allow this man a leadership position when he lies in front of his staff and argueswith a customer when all I ask was for the pizza to be made over. Order pizza waited for 30 mins. Wasn't even ready when came in. The crazy bread wasn't cooked right. It was soggy and... disgusting. And the pizza wasnt cut properly. I would never go here again. The food made me and my sister's sick to ourstomach. Read more
I'm so shocked about what happened tonight. The employee bought me dinner. I asked him if he was serious. I don't know why he... did what he but he was a blessing to me. The food was good and hot. The store was busy but all the employees was working veryhard to get everyone out as fast as they could. Read more
Very good food with reasonable prices, but I've had numerous ordering issues when I eat here. My food is not the way I ordered... it at times when I receive it. Be sure to look at your food before you leave. Read more
I haven?t been to Little Caesars in about a year because every time I went the customer service was awful, and the hot and ready... pizza was never a hot nor ready. BUT I tried the Little Caesars app today. I ordered from the app and paid. It said it would beready in 20mins. I went there expecting to have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes like in the past, BUT I walked in, put mynumber (code) in the heated machine, and got my food. While I was putting my number in the cashier got and placed my sauces onthe counter for me. The food WAS hot and ready. I would definitely recommend giving Little Caesars (app ordering) a chance. Iwas pleasantly surprised and happy with my order and service today. Read more
