Nice friendly mid-range steak house. It was about 2:00 on a Sunday afternoon, and there was about a 30 minute wait. At the... same time, there were many tables needing to be bussed. I came in and sat down at a table. We look at the menu, ordered an appetizer and drinks. We then decide we no longer what to... eat, so I ask for ticket. I give her one hundred dollar bill. The ticket came out to $25-$30, the waitress took her a $20 out ofmy change. I reported her to the manager and nothing was done. It wasn?t a mistake and we were going to give her a nice tipuntil she thought I wouldn?t count my change. She didn?t apologize nor did the manager. Food was great, service was not. Received my dinner salad almost directly after I got my bread. Which was odd since we had not... received our appetizer yet. Almost done with salad and here comes the main course. Still missing appetizer. Haven't seenwaitress since she brought us our hot sweet tea. Which is also another disappointment. Finally see our waitress and told herabout the appetizer. She didn't apologize at all. Instead we got an excuse that her finger didn't hit the button hard enough andit didn't go through. Asked if we still wanted it. Of course I do, and asked for ketchup for my wife. Finished my entire mealbefore appetizer showed up. Wife halfway done with hers now because she got tired of waiting for her ketchup. Ketchup finallyshows up. But now we're done and need a box for the late appetizer. Asked for check and box. Fastest service we had all nightwas the speed at which my cc was taken, processed, and returned. Literally minutes. Never once got an apology. No credit forlate and/or missing appetizer. I had the ribeye medium rare it was seasoned nice and cooked to order. The Mac and cheese had no flavor what so ever I sent it... back. The lobster came with no butter sauce. The shrimp was decent. I'll give it 6.5 out of 10 for the effort. Read more
