Horrible service! Paid for tea at the kiosk and they tell me at the counter they?re out. They could have made it. 2nd- They... skipped me multiple times and my order took 20 minutes to get. The workers are in bad moods and look like they hate their job. Read more
The manager was very unpleasant. They lost my number order somehow and he didn't want to listen to what I was trying to tell... him. I had proof on my phone of the order at that location. It was no mistake by me but he keep walking away from the window andhaving the cashier talk for him instead. He made it seem as if I made up my order or it was my fault it wasn't something up intheir system. I have placed mobile orders numerous times with any issue. I'm not sure what happened this time but the managercould have handled the situation better. After waiting 30 mins at the window, while they were trying to figure it out thecashier ask me what the order was so they could just remake it. I don't understand why it took them 30 mins to come up with thisdecision when I had the receipt on the app and my email. It was a very unpleasant experience. Read more
this place had absolutely horrible service. when i was in the line ordering for me and my girlfriend, everytime i got done... saying something or even in the middle of saying something i wanted, she would interrupt me and all the women kept saying was ?k pull forward ? after everything i said. so i had to keep telling her over and over again hold on i am not done. then we get tothe window, she doesn?t say anything at all even when i was the one who asked how her day was. she didn?t say anything so then ishow the women a QR code, she rolls her eyes and shuts the window. she then opens up the window, doesn?t tell us how much ourfood is or what our order is or anything, she just puts out her hand. then she pretty much throws my card back at me. we pull upto the second window and the 2nd women was also rude. she just hands me the food and shuts the window. we then sit there forabout 10 minutes and the women opens up the window and says ? what ?. i said you forgot our 2 drinks. she then hands us ourdrinks, doesn?t say a word and shut the window. very rude people working here. The cashier was really friendly and very patient with us. We dined in. She brought our food to our table. Everything was so... clean. That's the cleanest McDonald's that I have ever been in! Good job team!! Read more
????Thanks for the friendly service each time we've visited since December when we moved here. Shop finally has inside eating,... yea! ????Relatively clean, newer shop, typical McDonald's eats but better than usual service.
